For just £5*, this pack will equip patients and supporters to take action in educating healthcare providers, particularly as part of our “Engage Your GP” campaign.

- 5 x HEAD Acronym Posters – These posters are designed for display in GP surgeries, highlighting key CSF leak signs and symptoms to support early detection.
- 15 x General Information Leaflets – These leaflets provide a clear and concise overview of CSF leaks, making it easier to educate doctors and raise awareness.
- 10 x CSF Leak Overview Cards – Featuring the HEAD acronym and a brief summary of the scans required and treatment options, this card will be an essential little tool for GPs.
- Template GP Letter – A letter will be included to help effectively communicate with your GP about this Kit. (You will be able to submit your GP’s details – see below – and we’ll personalise the letter for you!)
We understand that not everyone may feel able to take the pack to their GP Surgery in person. If that’s the case, don’t worry! A friend, family member, or caregiver can take it on your behalf to help ensure your GP gets the information needed: alternatively, you could sponsor the pack and we will send it directly to the GP(s) of your choice on your behalf and post you the pen and certificate separately. The choice is yours!
By sharing the contents of this kit with your GP, you will play a vital role in raising awareness and helping others get the timely care they need.
